Front USB Ports Not Working

This has been going on for some time but I'm just getting around to addressing it. Ever since I installed Vista 64 bit on my XPS720 my front USB ports as well as my Bluetooth have stopped working. I have downloaded the driver from Dell but then it tells me at the end in order to turn on the Bluetooth that I need to press the FN+F12 (i believe keys at the same time) or turn on the radio button. I don't have a function key on my keyboard or radio button. And that just addresses the Bluetooth. I have no idea what's going on with the front USB's. Anyone know the solution to this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I read somewhere there was problems with Bluetooth and Vista 64 because of the driver?

Will do a bit of gooling and see what I can find.

Sorry saw later you did install driver.

Still looking in google :)

now I remember lol

I cannot find a USB driver for my Palm E2 hence I cannot sync it.

I read there that you have to add a USB Bluetooth device to your PC but it needs a proper Vista 64 bit driver.

Sorry not much help :)
