Good graphics card for Dell Optiplex 960?

Hello! I recently acquired a Dell Optiplex 960(the largest one) and it comes with integrated graphics, so I was wondering what graphics card can I put in it?

Picture I provided is the size of the machine.

Specifications, in case they are important:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8600 at 3.33GHz

4GB RAM

250GB HDD

Intel Q45/Q43 Express Chipset/Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family

I used an OptiPlex 960 SFF (Q9650 CPU and 8gb RAM) as a development machine. I installed a Sapphire 6570 video card, and had absolutely no issues; the 6570 will be a huge leap in performance and functionality over the integrated graphics.

The limiting factor is the 305w power supply. If you were to upgrade the power supply, you could use any of the mid grade PCIe x16 video cards. I do not have any customer data on what video cards they chose.

It was low profile ready, and had brackets for both low and standard profile.
