Hard Drive failure after 2 days
Hello.
First, sorry for my English, I'm French.
I recently bought a computer, Inspiron 620s.
2 days after, I had a post at the startup, "Hard Drive Failure". I can hear the HDD make a strange noise (like a reading head scrapp).
I'm not able to join the online support . Error 500 for chatting with a technician.
Is it possible to send only the hard drive to the support?

Hello Flolegrand,
Call the number provided with your computer for technical support. Dell may be able to send just the hard drive itself.
