Help Diagnose Problem With Studio XPS MTsomething. Fans flutter 3 times then they stop. Power light flashes on
My computer doesn't get past point zero. when I'm holding down the power button, the fans do a few turns and then stop. The LED in the back is on when power cord is attached.
My best guess is memory or more likely the power supply.
Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

Hi Steven,
Let me know the complete system model so that I can help you better.
Meanwhile, unplug the power cable and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Turn on the system.
If the same issue persists, power supply or system board is not working properly. It should not be an issue with the memory.

Hi Manshu,
Thank you very much for volunteering to answer my issue. The system model
is Studio XPS 435 MT. Do you suggest that I replace the power supply and
see if that works?

Hi Steven,
Replacing the power supply is the first step to isolate the issue. If the system does not power on after replacing the power supply, system board needs replacement.
