Help needed BIOS firmware file Optiplex 755 SFF

I have some problem I flew BIOS firmware and I need a binary file in order to flash the BIOS chip programmer. The file with the extension ".bin", maybe someone is a dump of the BIOS of the computer. 
Since support is only .exe file, I can not restore the BIOS.
