How many hard-drive brackets should I get with Optiplex 3010?

Just got back from store. I bought Optiplex 3010. I wanted to put second hard drive into case but there is no hard-drive bracket for it. Is this normal? There is only one hard-drive bracket and this one is already used by installed drive. Please help me :(

Hi NiniK,

Usually, systems are shipped with one hard drive bracket. You can purchase additional bracket. Here is the part# 44YD5.
If you are in the USA, you may contact our spare parts department on 1-800-372-3355.
Let me know if you are in a different country.

Hi NiniK,

OptiPlex 3010 comes in 3 variants: Mini-tower (MT), Desktop (DT) and Small Form Factor (SFF). The upgrade options may vary depending on the system type.

Please reply with the exact system model; will take it further.

Hi NiniK,

Glad to hear that. Here is the link for the User Manual. Might come in handy. Do reach out in case you have any further questions.

Dear NiniK, I have a Dell OptiPlex 3010 SFF and want to replace the 3.5" disk for an 2.5" SSD. A standard Startech  (part# BRACKET25SAT) bracket don't fit. Can you please tell me which bracket is suitable?

Does anyone have the part number to use for the full size 3010?  I'm trying to run an SSD to boot/main programs and a spinning drive for storage.
