xVMx, when you see the Dell logo appear on your screen then press the
DEL key. In the event that doesn't work then try tapping the
DEL key when the system is first powered up. You can click here <

If by chance you are pressing the DEL key and are still not able to access the BIOS then what type of keyboard are you using? If it is a USB - wireless keyboard you will not be able to access the BIOS unless the
Legacy USB Support option was enabled in the BIOS Setup. This option can be found under the
Peripheral Configuration sub-menu of the
Advanced menu. To enable this setting you should temporarily attach a PS/2 style keyboard in order to access the BIOS Setup.
