How to get dual monitors with Radeon X 300 series video card, and Dell Dimension 8400

I have 2 monitors connected into the two plugs in the video card.

I can get the picture on the screen, but it is the same image, and it is distorted on one monitor because the primary one is larger.

I would like to be able to drag windows across, but I can't figure out how!
