How to make a Complaint to Dell
Hi
I have a inspiron 530s under warranty for a another 576 days I Started having problems
When I install nvidia drivers it would install half way though and Give me a blue screen of death
And reboot If I tried newer versions it would install and Reboot on reboot blue screen of death.
Dell toke my system and said they repair it received it back and was having lines white on bios and on xp boot logo screen.
Rang dell they said they replace the motherboard and Graphic card that was to day they replaced it
After they installed it and installed the drivers drivers will install and screen go’s Black and dot come back on
After rebooting pc of and back on the windows boot screen has defect blue lines widith way not full long lines when on desktop all is fine Drivers not installed though
So I contacted dell support and they refuse to fix the problem anymore and want to Give the refund Back what I don’t want I want The problem fixed Or A replacement They refused to Do any of them Bar a refund So I want to make a complaint of their service and My warranty is still active And give me the rights to Have this fixed
