The card should have been automatically detected. It's "plug and play".
Make sure the card is installed correctly and fully seated in the connector. I'm not sure about the BIOS, if it will detect it or not, but you may want to reset the BIOS (factory defaults) and see if that helps. On many devices the BIOS must detect it and if it doesn't Windows will not detect it.
This audio section is not the best section for your hardware problem, the General Hadware or Hardware Upgrade sections would be better.
