Inspiron 2305 AIO Touch Cam Will This Work?

After installing HP printer 4750 I can not access the touch cam from the start menu. When I click on Touch Cam, I get this message "windows cannot find  c:\program files x86\dell\dell touchcam\dell touchcam.exe. make sure you typed the name correctly,and then try again". The program files were deleted by accident when I installed the printer.

The camera is installed and working correctly according to device manager. The camera works with skype and fast access face recognition programs. Just cannot access from start menu. Apparentlly these two programs have their own software to access the touch cam. I need to use the touch cam to record video.

I have a friend with the exact same model AIO Dell Inspiron 2305. Can I copy "c:\program files x86\dell\dell touchcam\dell touchcam.exe. from my friends computer and and paste it into my computers program files to get my touch cam to work?
