Inspiron 3847 Issues - Audio not working, now calculator missing, now "Settings" not displaying

I just noticed today that my Calculator is no longer on my system, and nor is my "Settings".  I am now thinking that something is really wrong with my Windows 10.  What is the recommended process for reinstalling a clean version of Windows 10 on my Inspiron 3847?  Norton AntiVirus has a reinstate Windows 10 function.  Should I use that or go a different route.  Thank you in advance for your assistance.

strabun,

You can click the link below to download Windows 10. There are also links for installing drivers for your system as well as driver install order.

Thank you.  Based on my service tag, it looks like I can download Windows 7 using the Dell OS Recovery Tool .  Will I be able to then upgrade to Windows 10?...not sure where or how to get the upgrade.  I just want to make sure I can get back to "current state" with Windows 10 before going back to the original Windows 7

hey strabun,

If you upgraded to Windows 10 on your system it came from Microsoft and not Dell. If you click the links below you can download Windows 10 from the  Microsoft site.

Thank you Jesse.  My plan is to reinstall Windows 7, which is what came with the Dell Inspiron 3847.  Then it appears we can reinstall the Windows 10 upgrade.  I'll give it a try later today and let you know.  Thank you for your guidance!
