Inspiron 546 Minitower Not Shipping

My Dell PC will not be shipped by Christmas even though I bought it on Black Friday. I was treated rudely on the phone and disconnected. I now have an estimated SHIP date of 1/5??? UNACCEPTABLE. After making multiple purchases with Dell over the years, this one will be the last. Thank you Dell for allowing me to see just how poor your customer service really is. I assume that there others out there that will have to show up for Christmas empty handed and embarrased. I forgot to mention that I own a computer repair bussiness in Boston. Rest assured Dell, I will make it a point to tell every single customer of mine to stay away from you. I will also assist them in making purchases from anyone else but you.
