Inspiron 580 onboard graphics
is it possible to enable the onboard graphics card, every time i remove the gpu i get the six beeps for graphic failure but would like to use onboard graphics

Hi Mstorti,
Please check the BIOS for the option to enable the on-board graphics adapter.

If your Dell Inspiron 580 cpu is an Intel i5-750, it doesn't support onboard graphics and must use an external pci-e x16 video card. Just an FYI if your PC uses this processor, because this is the case with my Inspiron 580.
