Is the 0K83V0 Dell Motherboard proprietary?

Hello, a while back in 2010 I purchased a Dell Inspiron 560, which had the following specifications:

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

GPU: Integrated Intel Graphics

Processor: Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5400 Wolfdale Dual-Core 2.7 GHz

Ram: 4GB DDR3

So long story short, I'm trying to move the motherboard, and the motherboard ALONE to a new ATX case. If the motherboard's proprietary, however, some users have told me that it either won't fit or work. What I'm trying to find out exactly is if this motherboard is proprietary.
