Is there benchmarks out there for dell versions of video cards
I am particularly interested in the AMD Radeon R7 250 2GB. Is Dell's version(P/N 7121A00400G) in close vicinity with other card manufactures(MSI, HIS, Gigabyte)? Is there somewhere I can see benchmark scores and other stats?

Search the web. There are lots of sites that compare video cards.

I guess my specific question is... Does Dell underclock cards that come stock in their Desktops(for less power consumption)? I'm considering buying a card second hand and would like to know what I am buying...

They might. Only way to tell us compare specs for a Dell board with those of a retail board. A reason to underclock is to minimize temperature problems and warranty problems. underclocking allows smaller, cheaper heat sinks as well as power supplies .

Yep, that sends me back to my original question... I have beat up Google pretty bad and still haven't found any specs on Dell's stock R7 250.

If you have one or access to one, you can get the info by installing one of a number of utilities that return all the info. If not, look at the specs in the manual for whatever computer uses that card.

I found many hits for this card from Dell. It's made by Visiontec. There are operational info and bench test results available.

Dell doesn't overclock or superclock any cards so they will be less than cards with 2 fans and huge heatsinks. Dell also likes to do passive cooling with no fan to fail and extremely quiet.

There is no official Dell link.
The fan less cards tend to be low end radeon very similar to the Asus EAH6450 Silent series.

Could you please provide the link? I can find specs for Visontec's cards but I don't see any model number correlation between dells card and VisionTec's...
