i have a keyboard and mouse MK714.
When i install KM714 & WM514 Dell Universal Receiver Update, my kb and mouse stopped working on any other desktops :(
windows identifies the device normal
help please :(

i already solved my problem! launch the Dell Universal Receiver Control Panel / DellUniversalReceiver.exe
and initialized my mouse/KB :))

I need an answer too. I have moved the receiver to different ports, removed batteries from the keyboard and mouse, restarted the computer. I cannot think of anything else to try.

i think i need a correct version of firmware
this "APP_KM714_WM514_W7_8_10_A00_Upgrade_7N2F0_ZPE.exe" not work fo me

Thanks! This worked for me. Did you try to install the Caps Lock application again?
