Keyboard shortcuts and Photoshop CS

We just installed the new Photoshop CS on our existing precision workstation and the keyboard shortcuts don't work.  Accordint to Adobe it is a  keyboard driver problem and they told us to update the driver.  I actually checked that and the driver is the only one that loads and that Dell has.  Any help on this?

I have the same problem on my Dim 8200. Don't know what the deal is. Has anybody found a patch from Adobe?

I'm having the same problem on my Precision 650, but I'm using a logitec keyboard with the latest drivers so I don't think this is the problem. This is a minor problem but very annoying, if anyone finds a solution please let me know.

Hey Mgervais,

I have a brand new Dell Inspiron 5100, I had the exact same problem as you, although single word shortcuts work like "Z" for zoom tool. Howevere all the CTRL, ALT and Shft short cuts work in Image Ready, crazy????

Even more crazy I have tried the same PS CS software on two other Gateway desktop PC's same problem. Tried the same on two identical Advent laptops, the first laptop same problem the second laptop is perfect.

Sorry I do not have the answer or a fix for this problem, keep me posted with your experiences.
