Latitude 5570 BIOS not compatible with bitlocker
see above
getting:
"the trusted platform module on this computer does not work with the current BIOS. Contact the computer manufacture fro BIOS upgrade instructions"
well dell--here I am...what do I do? (yes, it has latest BIOS....)

think I found it...turns out the Dell command update doesn't give you the latest update....
found a NEWER version of the bios on dell site.

Dell is currently working on a bios update to resolve this issue.
Symptoms for Windows 10:
Issue is seen only after updating to the latest BIOS and resolves when rolling back the BIOS
In windows 10 the issue may present as BitLocker triggering over and over again on startup. You can also back flash to a previous BIOS to verify this resolves the issue. Messages in TPM.msc as they appear in different versions of Windows 10
