Low audio output Studio XPS 435 MT
The audio output on my Studio XPS435MT is really low. I think it happened after I installed a driver update and software for my video card (ATI Raedon HT 3400 series). I've rolledback the driver and unistalled the software but the audio is still really low. The volume is at max levels on everything I can find. Audio output is the same when using the green analog jack in the back or the one in the front. Any suggestions on what I can do?
I made sure my speakers weren't bad by plugging them into my cell phone.

I am thinking software is installed that has its own audio control, and the volume control is set low. If so, you need to find the software and adjust the volume, or uninstall the software completely.

I had a similar problem when I updated the driver for audio (AMD HD audio device). Fiddling with all the audio and volume settings did nothing. I had to roll back the driver in device manager. Not sure what the update was intended to do, but it left me with awful audio.
