Monitor for Inspiron 24 3455
I am trying to use my Dell 24 3455 All-In-One as only a monitor. I have a VGA connected to my laptop which connects to a vga hdmi converter and an HDMI connected to the computer. How do I change the Dell All-In-One to work as the second monitor?

Does the manual indicate that the 3455 has a video input capability?

According to the specs, that model only has an HDMI-OUT port but not HDMI-IN. So it can send video signal out to a second monitor but can't accept video signal from another device, eg from your laptop.
