My Dell Inspiron Won't turn on.
Whenever I click the power button the light flickers on at the back of the tower the light is solid until I click the power button, then it flickers off. when clicking the power button I hear my fans turn on for a sec then they stop working. My service tag is [Admin NOTE: Service tag removed per TOU policy]

Depends on when you purchased it. Go to Dell's Support page and put in your Service Tag. (Don't post it here!).
Click the Warranty link and see if your warranty is still effective. If it is, contact Dell Tech Support for your country or region.
If not, you can probably order the right replacement PSU on the web. And there's always Dell Spare Parts...
