Need help adding a second hard drive to my E520

I have installed a second hard drive into my Dimension E520.  My original hard drive is an 80GB SATA I have added a Samsung 320GB SATA hard drive from Dell.  I want to run the second hard drive as the slave.   I attached the power cable and a SATA cable.   After installing the second hard drive, I turned on the SATA port in my set up utility and the hard drive is recognized in my Device Manager and shows it is working properly, but it is not listed as one of my drives i.e. c: or d:

Any suggestions?
