Need to order recovery CD for my Dimension

Made a recovery CD from the hidden partition on the disk. Wiped the entire disk and repartitioned (thus deleting the backup system restore partition) so I could reallocated my disk space.

Unfortunately the CD I made had errors on it and will not install Windows XP properly. I am missing files such as rasman.dll etc but found them on the internet. Also was able to recover one file from a CAB file using expand command from DOS. My problem is that some files are corrupt and the installation process will not use them. So to make a long story short I want to order a replacement Recovery CD for Windows XP reinstallation. I don't mind paying what it costs but for the life of me I can't find where on the site to order it. I have my tag number, express servicee tag number and my windows Key. How do I order the replacement CD
