No Sound From Music Applications
I have a XPS 8500 (Early 2012) with Windows 8.1. I am not getting any sound from my software applications such as Windows Media Player, Spotify or Rhapsody. However, I do get sound when I stream either videos or music from the internet. Youtube works fine with sound. Videos with sound from ESPN or CNN work fine.
Please advise
