No audio after upgrading to Windows 10

Maybe Dell hasn't released a sound card update or a driver update for my speakers?

I can't find any on their website either.

My speaker is Conexant SmartAudio HD. If any other information is needed to assist me, please respond.

Check Windows Update within Windows 10, I know it has pretty good support at least for Realtek drivers.

not possible, natakuc4.  OP (waltertejada) is using Conexant audio, not Realtek audio and Conexant systems only produce manufacturer specific audio drivers similar to what Sigmatel/IDT/Tempo did.

OP can try this Conexant audio driver (v1.0.54.0, A05 - audio driver included is version 8.50.14.50 dated 12/17/2013).  I'm using this one on my family's Dell Inspiron 620 desktop PC.
