Operating System is not shutting down cleanly...reconstructing cache etc.
When starting up my PC, on the black screen I get the above message. After a few seconds it disappears and the system starts up no problem. Can't understand why I am getting this message and how to solve the problem and get rid of it. Anybody else had the same problem?

Nobody can possibly help unless you post the exact PC model and version of Windows.
Do you have a 32-GB SSD that's used as a Windows cache?
