Optiplex 790 35w PCIe
Hello! I have an Optiplex 790 MT, It has 265W PSU. and the PCIe x16 slot has a 35W limit.
I'm asking can i put a gt 730? It has 38W TDP.
Will it fry my Mobo/PSU? Or will it run but not to it's full capability?

We never tested the Nvidia GT 730 on this model.
Will it fry my Mobo/PSU?
* Doubtful, unless you run the GT 730 at maximum settings for a lengthy period.
Or will it run but not to it's full capability?
* It will top out at 35w.
