Optiplex 9020 front jack issue
Hello,
I spent several hours trying to get any sound from my headphones connected via front panel jack - no luck.
If I connect my headphones, it asks me what kind of device I connected. Whatever I chose - it did not help, no sound at all. Headphones, connected to back panel, work correctly.
I reinstall several kinds of drivers from dell website (latest and previous version) - nothing. Tried realtek driver from realtek website - nothing. Tried to turn off automated front panel port discovering, tried various other options - nothing.

When was the last time did the front jack work?
Could you please try doing a system restore to a previous date when it was working fine.
Do provide us the system tag# and also confirm the name the system is registered under by
clicking on my name in blue and then select send a private message. Also let us know the contact
number and email address.
