I believe what you need is a AGP 4x low profile graphics card. What are you trying to do with this system. It was designed to be a business small form factor so that limits a lot of upgrades. How much are you willing to spend on the new graphics card? What do you ultimately want to do with it?
pretty much want to make it a gaming computer, but nothing too high graphics, basiclly something i can run acouple year old games with on low settings, I dont mind low graphics i really want something that will get me into minecraft, counterstrike etc etc at low-medium resolutions I dont mind spending anywhere from 50-100 for anything around a 256-512 mb dedicated graphics card
The GX260 has proprietary Power Supply Mounting. You could Buy a new power supply and hack a hole in the Tower case and get a Geforce 5500/6200 card. However your money would be better spent upgrading to a PCI-E based dell like a GX280/Dimension 8400 or better. The PC2100 Ram in the GX260 is really slow compared to DDR2 or DDR3 of newer Dells. I have friends that want a Game Machine and they don't have a lot. I usually steer them to get an Optiplex 745 or better 755 tower which is off lease used and costs Less than $300. I then recommend good Low end cards like the 9800GTEE or Radeon HD6670 which does not need a new power supply and can be had in the $100 range.
These Older but good Dells can Run XP, Vista, or Windows 7 once upgraded with a modern Video card and are very reliable.
I have Dell OptiPlex GX260SFF model C20. Can I put in procesor Intel PENTIUM 4 2.80 GHz SL6PF? And Can I put in 2gb ram memory with 400MHz or I must put in 266MHz memory?

Intel Graphics Steals System Ram. Turbo Cache and Hypermemory steals System Ram. For AGP the ram is on the card.

Will the cards you listed above (this post) work in the Gx260? I was confused with your reply because you mentioned getting a different model dell.

The first card will not.
The AGP cards will work. They won't be speed demons.
In general a newer Dell With PCI-E card instead of AGP card will be MUCH FASTER.
For Most Modern Games any AGP will be TOO SLOW.
Core2 Duo and QuadCore systems will be more than 5 x faster and with a Radeon 6670 will run most modern games.
Those Items will not work on a GX260 but they will on an GX755.

PC3200 aka DDR 400 ram will work fine in the 260 IF it is LOW Density Non Buffered Non Registered Ram.
The ram does not have to be PC2100. PC2700 aka DDR 333 or PC3200 DDR 400 will work fine.
You cannot however usually mix any vendor you want with different speeds.
Try to find a matched set of ram that is "INTEL compatable" DDR

If its low profile it should. If not it will fit but the cover will not close.
