Optiplex GX260 not recognizing USB controller
Hi,
I have 3 GX260's and on installing XP clean installs on them, they do not recognize the USB controller. I searched the driver section on Dell, and they do not have USB controller drivers for this model.
Can anyone help or offer advice? thanks!

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
Did you install the chipset drivers before installing any other drivers after you loaded WinXP?

This error is one of the OLDEST in the books. USB not seen means CHIPSET driver.
USB2 functions not working means SERVICE PACKS.
