Orange light on Dimension 4700 blinks but computer does not start
After shutting down my Dell Dimension 4700 for vacation, it would not start 4 days later. Orange light blinks but computer does not start up at all. Is there an internal fuse to reset? Any other suggestions?

Blinking Amber usually means the power supply is receiving the correct input voltage, but is having an output failure, usually corrected by replacing the power supply.
Check the reading of the diagnostic LIGHTS on the back panel, are they lite?
Does the power supply fan run?
