Power Supply Dell Precision T1650

Hi guys, I've got a T1650 for which I would like to put a bigger power supply into. Is it possible for me to use one of the standard power supplies such as ones sold by Corsair. Also another question, this of computer has a Xeon E3 1270 v2. Is it possible for me to use the v3 versions of these processors? Thanks.
