Raid configuration on xps 730

Hi all

I am upgrading my 730 & so far I have installed 8 gb corsair xms3 ram & win 7 ultimate 64 bit. Just ordered dual gtx 560's and am now wanting to change my hard drive setup to raid 0 or to raid 0 + 1 and am needing to know what a good combo of hard drives would be. I have read about the WD Caviar Black in 1 TB. Thinking more towards Raid 0 as only need 2 drives and not 4 as strapped for cash. Any info on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
