SK-8115 unresponsive

Every time I reboot my PC, nothing happens when I push the buttons on the keyboard. I tried connecting to different USB ports but they work until the next bootup, when the same thing happens.

However, what I've noticed is that it's constantly on num-lock mode (the green light is turned on in the area which looks like a lock with a "9" on it) but I can't seem to turn it off. The keyboard works on another PC I've tried, and I've tried other keyboards on this PC too. So the problem is the combination of the SK-8115 with this PC..

I need to resolve this issue ASAP, so any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You may be able to resolve this by going to Device Manager and right-clicking on the keyboard, go to properties and then the Power Management tab.  Make sure you have checked "Allow this device to bring the computer out of standby."  The other option you should set is to uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

This may not entirely solve your problem though, you may need to do the same to your USB hubs also in Device manager.
