Screen flashing colors
My Dell all in one comes on automatically to flashing colors when power is applied. Anything I do to turn it off, holding down the power button or unplugging it doesn't matter, when I turn it on, it just pops up with the red screen then continues to change colors. I've read up on how the video drivers might be to blame and yada yada yada, and all the advice on booting up in safe mode, but my computer won't reboot. I can't get to safe mode, I don't even get the Dell logo anymore.

What is the status of the power light, is the light blinking amber or steady white?
Disconnect the power cord, press & hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Connect the power cord back in & then start the computer & see if only colored bars are displayed.
Try restarting the computer with the keyboard disconnect & check if the issue persists.
