Second network card on XPS 8700

We are going to buy DELL XPS 8700 desktop to our lab and all specifications looks great, but we need to have two network cards, because this computer will be used as workstation for 3D printer (this is a requirement of manufacturer). So is it possible to install second network interface to this desktop? And what network card is better to use with it? As I understand XPS 8700 has PCI_E slots, but I am not sure that every PCI-E network card will work.
