Sending music via email?

There must be a way of sending music to friends via email...please help..I am computer illiterate, so step-by-step is necessary.  Thanks

You could try this from Microsoft:

Or you may find it simpler to just send the music file as an attachment that the recipient can download. Before sending the attachment, make sure it is in compressed format such as MP3 sinnce a wave file is about 10MB for each minute of audio!
