T3600 couldn't boot/BIOS

HI,

Today I have problems with my PC T3600 rebooting. The computer only load the Dell BIOS screen and after I filled the BIOS password ( I used the BIOS password), the black screen was show. Also LEDs 1+2+3  are blinking amber and the monitor stay black. Tried to change the memory, graphic card and tested it with only one module in all positions - but that did not work. When booting I'm doing the obligatory F12, F2 but won't bring up BIOS. Any ideas, experts?

From the manual, 1-2-3 blinking:

Some other failure has occurred.

  • Ensure that the display/monitor is plugged into a discrete graphic card.
  • Ensure that all hard drives and optical-drive cables are properly connected to the system board.
  • If there is an error message on the screen identifying a problem with a device (such as the floppy drive or hard drive), check the device to make sure it is functioning properly.
  • If the operating system is attempting to boot from a device (such as the floppy drive or optical drive), check system setup to ensure the boot sequence is correct for the devices

If that doesn't help, try clearing BIOS:

  1. Power off, unplug
  2. Press/hold power button for ~15 sec
  3. Open case and remove motherboard battery
  4. Press/hold power button for ~30 sec
  5. Reinstall  battery (right-side-up)
  6. Close case and try to  boot with only mouse, monitor and keyboard connected

Can you test this monitor on different PC or different monitor on this PC?
