Targus AMU575AP mouse issues
Hi,
I bought this mouse (Model no.: Targus AMU575AP) in June, 2017 and it was working fine on my office table surface until October, 2017. The pointer simply doesnt move at all. Now, the mouse pointer only moves when I use it over a mouse-pad. I see my colleagues using mouse over the same table surface without any issues.
What could be the problem and how to resolve this? Do you think there could be a hardware problem and should I get this exchanged?

If you have another mouse to test it out on the system you may want to do that to verify if it is the mouse or not. If another mouse works on the computer, replace the optical mouse.
