Video Goes Out and CPU Fan Too Loud
Hi Everybody , I have a Problema with a dell Optiplex 780 Small From Factor , the problem is when i Turn On the Machine in 1 , 2 , 3 , 10 , 15 Sencods the Video Goes Out , and the machine Stay ON in Another times , leds light presents diferents Errors Like , 1-2-3 , 3-4 , but the machine never stay on video , and never give me a sound when not have any memory ram intalled.

Can you test this monitor on a different PC or another monitor on this PC?
On-board video or add-in video card? If add-in video card with a fan, reseat the card in its slot and check to see that its fan is working.
If add-in video card, you may want to remove it from the slot and swtich over to on-board video to see if that works.
3-4 is a RAM error, so try reseating the RAM modules in their slots and clean out all the dust bunnies and make sure air vents in the case aren't blocked with dirt.
