Vostro 200 Mini PCI Express compatibility

DUAL MONITOR SETUP

I have a Dell Vostro 200 Mini Tower with a 300 watt power supply. Everything is factory stock except I added 2 more gb of Kingston RAM last month for a total of 3 gb.

I am assuming that in this STOCK condition there is NO way to get a DUAL MONITOR SETUP.

DXDIAG DISPLAY reveals:

Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family 128MB

So I did a bit of researching and decided that the best way to go for a DUAL MONITOR SETUP was to get a cheap 128 MB PCI Express video card.

However, I have no way of knowing whether or not the cheap $25 PCI express cards I find on Google Shopping will be COMPATIBLE with my Vostro 200 MINI.

If someone could please help me identify which would be compatible and which would NOT that would be great. Also, if you could even provide a link to purchase a cheap 128MB PCI Express card for my second monitor that would be even better!

I want to get a 128MB PCI Express card for budget reasons as I am broke and also because the only thing I do on my Vostro is watch movies on NetFlix and do Photo Editing in Photoshop CS4 so 128MB should be enough I am ASSUMING. I also like to keep my machine as quiet as possible so I like how the cheap ones have NO FANS.

Thanks in advance!
