What about the phone tools software?

i am using phone tools to fax applications and paper works... it's simple. poke around... click send fax button and you'll know. if you have prepared a document through ms word, you can get that too... don't forget to type in the recipient's fax no. recieve fax? easy. open phone tools.. if there's fax coming in, it will pop up and ask you to receive fax... you have to open it first though to receive.. test it. ask a friend to fax u.. :-)

Phone tools has to be running to accept calls or faxes. Go in to setup and configure it to answer at desired number of rings, set up answering machine to desired settings, minimize it and all should be well. I leave it running on one of my machines and it answers and does it's thing with no troubles.
Pretty easy to configure, so just poke around and it should come together for you.
