What are all the cpu's supported by the OptiPlex 990

Optiplex 990 motherboards have LGA1155 sockets and Intel Q67 chipsets. A G1610 cpu requires a Q77 chipset.

There are excellent CPU choices for a 990. Might want to review the Optiplex 990 Tech Guide p. 12.
