What's the max RAM on xps 630?

I could not find this info from the online xps 630i manual.

Anybody knows?

Ordered mine today and, I think, you can only go 4gb unless your OS supports more....?.....

Maximum is 8GB.

Look here <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> in the Specifications section.

Thanks again Keith. I was looking at the Service manual and did not look at User manual for some reason.

Actually, Mr. Scary is absolutely correct.  The platform may support 8Mb, but the ability to access memory depends upon the operating system.  Windows 32 bit will only address around 3.2 Gb of memory directly (although drivers and other system software can access the rest).  If you want to address most of your 8Gb, you need to run the 64-bit version of Windows.  I believe it is supported on that platform.  As well, you must have all of the drivers to match whatever operating system you have.  With that said, the jury is still out on exactly what gains (if any) you would see from the "upgrade" to a 64-bit OS.
