Why my desktop did not show the boot menu and screen ?
When I started the system then they show nothing on screen and my keyboard not work .. Also this is not show boot menu and dell home screen. Can any body tell me how I can resolve this issue ....

Nobody can resolve anything because we are not the psychic friends network.
You did not say which OS or which model dell or any other information.
If it boots this is not a support problem and could be rootkit malware.
