Windows 2000 - USB 2.0 not working - even after SP 4 is installed
Hey Folks:
I have a problem with my Dimension 4550. I cannot enabled the "Enhanced Mode" for the USB controller so it's still at 1.1 and not 2.0 (it just says Standard - see below).
I have also tried to use the Windows Update (to install the NEC driver - which I think this box has), but to no avail. Is there anyway to get it at 2.0 at this point? My configs are below (and I've updated the BIOS as well to the latest).

Unistall the drivers and try to reinstall the USB card, and drivers now that you have SP4 installed. The trick is to have SP4 first, then install the USB card along with the drivers. I hope this helps you out.
