Windows 7 Installation on PowerEdge T110 ii & BIOS settings

Well, this is embarrassing but i will not waste any more time on it. 

Installing new Win 7 on a PowerEdge T110. Got attached error for setup not able to create new system partition, proceeded with below;

(SHIFT+F10) to get a CMD window 

-DiskPart  

-list disk  

-select disk 0  

-clean  

-create partition primary align=1024  

-format fs=ntfs (Took a while because of 1 TB) 

-assign  

-active  

-exit  

-exit  

After reboot, i again receive same error.

N/B: Win 8 or 10 installs smoothly

Some help please
