Windows Media Player- configuration error 0x80004005

I'm trying to download pressplay.com and at the end I received the following message...(There was a problem configuring you Windows Media Player. Please contact customer care and mention error 0x80004005) Can anyone help?

Installing Windows Media Player11 requires a genuine version of Windows.

Later versions of windows media player require product activation aka Windows Genuine Advantage certification.

A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for this computer. Error Code: 0x80004005

This problem may occur if a file that the Windows Product Activation requires is damaged or missing. This condition may be related to one or both of the following conditions:

  • A third-party backup utility or an antivirus program interferes with product activation.
  • A file that Windows Product Activation requires is manually modified.
