Windows finds hardware memory faults; Dell Quick Test says memory OK (Inspiron 3847)

After some erratic weird behavior from my Inspiron 3847 over the last few weeks (mainly responding wrongly or not at all to mouse clicks) and finally a couple of blue screens of death that reported hardware problems, I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostics .  The test reported several "bad pages" (a slightly different number each of the three times I ran it).  I'll paste in the report from  one of these tests below.

The Windows test recommended I "contact the manufacturer" about this.  So I went to Dell.com, and:

1.  I ran the "Quick Test".  It reported everything OK including the System Memory "Address Test" and "Advanced Pattern Test".

2. I tried to run the diagnostics offered at www.dell.com/.../diagnose using Internet Explorer v 11.0.9600.  I've been looking at "Loading. Please wait" for over an hour, so I assume this is not working.

Please advise on where to go from here to get my Inspiron working again.

~ Thanks in advance
